Your primary responsibility will be to solve complex problems and address technical inquiries related to billing and support through various communication channels.

What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing expert solutions to diverse billing and technical questions.
- Engage with customers using empathetic communication to understand their needs and deliver top-notch support.
- Gain in-depth insights into Cloudflare's technologies and contribute to product development by relaying customer feedback.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous customer service experience is a must.
- At least 1 year in customer billing and invoicing preferred.
- Ability to manage high-volume tasks while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic, even under pressure.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime may be required.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages (French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin) are a plus! 🌍
Desirable Skills:
- Proficient with modern operating systems (Mac OSX, Windows, Linux).
- Passion for problem-solving and excellent written communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn about internet technologies and grow within the technical support field.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in a high-volume, customer-facing support role.
- Fluency in multiple languages, such as German, Polish, or Mandarin.
