Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Sales Strategies: Relentlessly pursue and achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Expand existing accounts and cultivate new customer relationships for territory growth.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product lines to effectively showcase benefits to clients.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities within the competitive landscape.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Track metrics and adjust strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Product Demonstrations: Perform on-site demonstrations to highlight our product offerings.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain customer data in Salesforce and prepare reports for management oversight.
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing assistance to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with various departments to enhance business operations.
- Travel Requirements: Travel 35%-50% within your territory for client meetings and events.
- Professional Representation: Attend tradeshows and customer events while embodying our company values.
Requirements:

Must Have:
- 5+ years of territory or outside sales experience; multi-state experience preferred.
- Proven ability to convert leads into closed sales.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- High energy and a strong ethical standard.
- Willingness to travel 35%-50%.

Nice to Have:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Experience in medium-duty truck rental or similar industries.
- Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce.
- Existing relationships in the Texas territory.
