Key Responsibilities:
- Integrated Communications Strategy: Develop a cohesive strategy that merges corporate communications and investor relations, delivering consistent and compelling messaging across all channels (press releases, ESG reports, website, social media).
- Leadership Collaboration: Work side-by-side with the CEO, CFO, and executive team to ensure external communications align with corporate strategy and market positioning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize communication workflows and implement efficient practices.
- Media Outreach and Corporate Branding: Manage media relations, positioning leadership as industry thought leaders and ensuring Circle is well-represented in key media channels.
- Investor Relations Strategy: Create and implement an effective IR strategy that communicates financial performance and long-term vision to investors and analysts.
- Primary Investor Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for investors, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Board and Executive Communication: Provide insights from investor feedback to inform decision-making for the leadership team and Board.
- Market and Competitive Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and investor sentiment to refine messaging and strategic decisions.
- Strategic Targeting and Relationship Management: Expand and diversify the investor base while enhancing relationships with current investors.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in investor relations or corporate communications within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry; experience with pre-commercial or early-stage biotech firms is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the biopharma landscape, with demonstrated capability to craft narratives and lead initiatives.
- Proven ability to collaborate with senior executives and influence strategic decisions.
- A proactive communicator with the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $272,000 - $320,000 annually, influenced by experience and qualifications.
