Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Operations Strategy & Leadership: Direct the revenue operations strategy to drive growth and efficiency, lead a high-performance team and foster an accountable culture.

Revenue Forecasting, Reporting & Analytics: Oversee forecasting processes, monitor pipeline health, and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.

Pipeline Optimization & Sales Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and boost conversion rates for improved customer retention.

Territory Management & Sales Compensation: Design and optimize territories and develop compensation structures that drive performance.

Revenue Systems & Technology: Own and enhance our Revenue Operations tech stack, ensuring data integrity and governance across all platforms including Salesforce.

Customer Lifecycle Management: Manage the customer journey from acquisition to retention, ensuring seamless support for our marketing initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Development: Partner with finance and sales teams to drive best practices, budget forecasting, and team performance metrics.
What You Need to Succeed:
- 10+ years in revenue operations or related fields, with a minimum of 5 in leadership roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or similar (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record in leading teams, optimizing sales productivity, and improving marketing and customer success performance.
- Expert in CRM platforms, analytical tools, and revenue forecasting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders effectively.
