Core Responsibilities:
πΉ Leadership & Strategy
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Client Success and Sales Planning teams.
- Establish and execute a strategic vision for Client Success aligned with company objectives.
- Drive collaboration across departments to enhance client outcomes and campaign victories.
πΉ Client Engagement & Industry Leadership
- Act as a key executive sponsor for high-profile clients, building senior-level relationships.
- Represent Cognitiv at industry conferences and thought leadership events.
- Stay ahead of AdTech trends, providing strategic insights.
πΉ Client Success & Retention
- Own client satisfaction and retention, ensuring long-term success and revenue growth.
- Develop best-in-class account management strategies and proactive performance reviews.
- Partner with clients to align our solutions with their evolving business objectives.
πΉ Pre-Sale & Sales Planning
- Oversee the Sales Planning team, driving strategic RFP responses to open new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales leadership on winning pre-sale strategies.
- Enhance the pre-sale process through technology and streamlined workflows.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in AdTech or Digital Media with a focus on Client Success and/or Sales Strategy.
- Proven track record managing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of the RFP process and media planning.
- Exceptional relationship-building abilities with C-level executives.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
π° Salary: $220,000-$280,000 Base Salary + Equity
