About the Role:
As a Warehouse Manager, you'll craft strategic plans to streamline warehouse processes, develop performance metrics, and oversee cost-effective operations without compromising quality. Your expertise in supply chain management will be pivotal in managing inventory and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
What Youβll Do:
β¨ Develop and implement material management strategies adhering to Federal regulations (FAR/DFARS).
β¨ Hire, train, and lead a high-performing warehouse team.
β¨ Optimize efficiency and effectiveness in materials management by eliminating waste.
β¨ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely material availability and demand forecasting.
β¨ Implement end-to-end material management measures to maintain inventory accuracy (FIFO, audits, etc.).
β¨ Utilize ERP & WMS tools for real-time inventory tracking and reporting.
β¨ Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across all operations.
What Youβll Bring:
π Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
π 5+ years in material management or supply chain roles within aerospace/defense manufacturing.
π₯ 2+ years leading teams of supervisors and associates.
π In-depth knowledge of FAR/DFAR and ITAR regulations.
π Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.
π Willingness to relocate to Costa Mesa, CA if not local.

Salary Range: $108,000 - $162,000 USD π°
