Join Edelman, a global communications leader, as an Account Executive in Creator Marketing! You will play an essential role in supporting and executing innovative creator programs for our esteemed clients.

Key Responsibilities:
🔍 Identify, vet, and manage creator partnerships through all stages, ensuring seamless execution and timely reporting.
📈 Assist in comprehensive campaign execution, overseeing creator identification, outreach, negotiation, and management of deliverables.
✨ Lead tactics for both online and offline activations with influencers to enhance brand visibility.
🤝 Collaborate with a diverse team of specialists, including account leads, planners, art directors, and strategists, to drive successful creator programming initiatives.
📊 Contribute to program recaps and reporting, demonstrating a keen understanding of industry trends across social, digital, and cultural landscapes.
🔗 Manage all creator contracts, payments, and purchase orders efficiently, ensuring adherence to agency billing procedures.

Ideal Qualifications:
🎓 Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in creator marketing, talent management, or a related agency role.
💻 BS/BA in a relevant discipline with a passion for integrating creators into marketing strategies.
📊 Proven knowledge of creator marketing and the influencer programming process.
✍️ Strong writing and communication skills, adept at interacting with internal teams and maintaining relationships with creators and their representatives.
🌍 Basic understanding of social media metrics, best practices, and FTC guidelines, coupled with a proactive approach to KPI identification.

Compensation & Benefits:
💰 Salary Range: $55,000 - $68,000 per year, plus potential bonuses!
