Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on jinxapply.com or using any feature of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Mindweave Technologies Private Limited(“Mindweave”, “we”), an Indian private limited company registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

2. The Service

JinxApply is an AI-powered job-search platform that (a) parses resumes to extract structured candidate data, (b) matches candidates to publicly listed job opportunities, (c) sends notifications about new matches, and (d) on explicit authorisation, submits applications to compatible Applicant Tracking Systems on the user's behalf.

We do not employ candidates, do not represent employers, and are not a recruitment agency. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under the law of your jurisdiction. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, and keep that information up to date.

4. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@jinxapply.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Subscriptions and payments

• Paid plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
• You authorise us to charge the payment method on file for recurring charges, taxes, and applicable fees.
• We may revise pricing with at least 30 days' notice; the new price applies from your next renewal.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload resumes or information that is fraudulent, plagiarised, or belongs to another person without authorisation.
• Use the Service to apply to jobs on behalf of someone other than yourself.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, scrape the Service, or interfere with its operation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Use the Service to generate or distribute spam, harassment, or unlawful content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

7. Auto-apply authorisation

When you enable auto-apply or trigger a manual application, you expressly authorise Mindweave to submit your resume and provided information to the target employer's Applicant Tracking System on your behalf. You acknowledge that:

• Submissions are final once accepted by the employer's system; we cannot recall them.
• The accuracy of submitted information is your responsibility.
• We submit only to public job postings on supported ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable). We do not interact with LinkedIn, Naukri, or other platforms in violation of their terms of service.

8. Intellectual property

All Service software, design, and content (excluding user-provided data) are owned by Mindweave or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service per these Terms. You retain ownership of your resume and personal data.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that job matches will result in interviews or employment.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindweave's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mindweave from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings page. We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the consumer-grievance mechanism described in our Privacy Policy, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
