FAQ
How does JinxApply find jobs for me?
Our AI reads public job-board APIs (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, SmartRecruiters and others) and matches them to your skills and location. You trigger discovery from the Matches page. We do not scrape LinkedIn or Naukri — their terms forbid it.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is encrypted at rest on Supabase (SOC 2 compliant). We never share your information with third parties.
How does the free plan work?
Free users get AI resume parsing, 5 job matches per week, and a basic dashboard. Paid plans unlock unlimited matches.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. All your data is permanently removed.
