Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and pursue new business through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to homeowners, providing customized property management solutions.

  • CRM Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline and track activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with local Operations teams for smooth onboarding of new homeowners.
  • Community Engagement: Represent Portoro at local events and networking opportunities.
  • Goal-Oriented: Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to Portoroโ€™s growth strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years in full life-cycle sales with a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Hunter Mentality: A relentless drive to find and close new business.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in vacation rental management or a related sales role preferred.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM systems and digital tools for managing leads.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to build client trust.
