Key Responsibilities:

• Hand Touch-Up & Trimming: Enhance machine-trimmed cannabis flowers for optimal appearance and quality.
• Quality Control: Inspect trimmed flowers for consistency and compliance with standards. 🔍
• Product Handling: Maintain the integrity of the cannabis product throughout processing.
• Sorting & Grading: Prepare cannabis buds for packaging based on quality metrics.
• Cannabis Cure Burping: Assist with curing schedules to ensure product quality.
• Bucking Dry Cannabis Plants: Preserve trichome integrity while preparing dried flowers.
• Cleaning & Maintenance: Keep work areas and tools sanitized and compliant.
• Compliance & Documentation: Record product data accurately following state regulations.
• Collaboration: Work with various teams to enhance workflow efficiency. 🤝

Shift Details:

• Full-time availability required
• Shift: 7 AM to 3:30 PM (flexibility for weekends and holidays)

Compensation:

• Starting at $18/hr, based on experience

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be 21+ and reside in the USA
• Able to obtain a Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card
• Preferred: 1+ years in Horticulture, Agriculture, Production, or Cannabis Industry
• Basic math, organizational, and computer skills necessary
• Strong time management and critical thinking skills

Working Conditions:

• Clean, professional environment using pruning scissors and sanitation equipment
• Must be able to perform physical activities like standing, bending, and lifting
• Some exposure to plant pollen and noise is expected
