As a key contributor, you will help drive our mission of empowering diverse drone users, from utility inspectors to first responders.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Drive breakthrough products by leveraging your expertise in autonomy, robotics, and computer vision.
🔹 Manage and execute the product and technology roadmap across core drone platforms, software architecture, and innovative technologies like object detection and computational photography.
🔹 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, emphasizing excellent communication to achieve complex goals.
🔹 Hire and mentor elite engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high engineering standards.

Qualifications:
✅ Hands-on technical leader with a strong background in software engineering.
✅ Profound knowledge in robotics, computer vision, and software systems.
✅ Proven ability in leadership, management, recruitment, and team building.
✅ Solid fundamentals in 3D geometry, mathematics, and linear algebra.
✅ Passion for building advanced flying robots and achieving groundbreaking innovations.

Compensation & Benefits:
💼 Competitive base salary ranging from $170,000 - $276,000 (based on experience).
💰 Equity options and comprehensive benefits including paid vacation, sick leave, holiday pay, and a 401K savings plan.
