What You'll Do:

• Forge and manage strategic customer relationships to ensure outstanding Customer Success. 🤝
• Develop comprehensive experience proposals based on deep understanding of Granicus solutions.
• Engage with customers during pre-sales and post-sales phases to maintain executive relationships and provide expert guidance.
• Conduct regular customer check-ins, ensuring alignment with their objectives and supporting optimal outcomes.
• Design and deliver impactful presentations and strategic program reviews, showcasing your CX expertise.
• Drive organic growth by leveraging existing relationships and creating demand for Granicus services. 📈
• Collaborate with leadership to shape new service offerings based on customer insights.
• Represent Granicus in speaking roles and panel participation, showcasing our commitment to public service. 🎤

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in digital services, project management, or customer relationship management, focused on human-centered design best practices.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted strategic adviser to senior professionals.
• Passion for public service and citizen engagement, coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, able to thrive in a proactive and lean environment. 🌟
• Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $90,000 USD (excluding bonus/commission and benefits).
