Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle databases.
  • Manage Oracle Administration tasks including RAC, RMAN, Data Guard, Golden Gate, and Performance Tuning.
  • Design and implement Oracle backup/recovery strategies.
  • Set up Oracle replication and slave configurations; develop scripts/procedures.
  • Monitor databases using Linux/Unix and Shell scripting.
  • Coordinate, design, and implement IT solutions while ensuring best practices.
  • Provide technical training to customers and participate in on-call rotations.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments with keen attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in current IT service standards (ITIL) and excellent organizational skills.
