Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the Revenue Operations business partner for the Asia region, supporting the regional head in executing key deliverables and ensuring clear visibility of status updates. 📊
- Lead customer-facing projects, managing commitments, escalating risks, and crafting effective cross-functional processes.
- Innovate and streamline operations by designing automated processes and tools, aiming for operational excellence.
- Analyze the revenue impact of projects and policies, tracking milestones and ensuring timely deliverables.
- Contribute to the execution of commercial plans with a focus on goal establishment and results tracking.
- Develop incentive plans to foster revenue growth. 💰
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in revenue operations, sales, and CRM tools.
- Strong program management skills, with a knack for coordinating cross-group communications and resources.
- Familiarity with traditional and Agile project methodologies, and proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Monday, Asana).
- Excellent data analytics capabilities using tools like Power BI and Google tools. 📈
- Proficient in Advanced English.
