Senior DevOps Engineer (Remote) π

What You'll Do:
- Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable testing infrastructure automation, facilitating quicker and more reliable software releases across all product lines. π
- Drive innovation in automated testing systems using AI-driven methodologies to ensure comprehensive feature coverage and operational robustness. π€
- Establish and enhance self-serve capabilities, empowering developers to independently iterate and deploy high-quality features. πͺ
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing frameworks and pipelines seamlessly into the software development lifecycle. π
- Improve site reliability and platform scalability, resolving inefficiencies in testing and operational practices. π§
- Lead initiatives to reduce technical debt and automate repetitive processes, fostering faster feedback cycles. β©
- Continuously evaluate platform performance and testing effectiveness using data-driven insights to align automation with strategic goals. π
- Advocate for and implement DevOps best practices that support secure and resilient software releases. π
Required Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in DevOps and SRE roles, with expertise in designing, building, and maintaining automated testing and operational pipelines.
- Proficient in DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and cloud environments. βοΈ
- Proven ability to drive innovation in automated testing and optimize processes with AI-driven methodologies.
- Strong scripting and programming skills in languages such as Python, Go, and Shell.
- Familiarity with modern monitoring and observability tools to enhance system reliability.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for effective interaction across distributed teams. π€

Salary: π° $145,000 - $175,000 a year
