We parse your resume with Anthropic Claude to extract skills, seniority, target roles, and salary preferences. We then score every live job listing in our database against your profile across 6 dimensions: skill overlap, seniority fit, location/remote compatibility, salary range, recency, and company stage. The top matches surface in your dashboard daily.
On supported ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable), we fill the application form on your behalf — your resume, your contact info, your cover-letter draft — and submit it. You're explicitly authorising each submission; we never apply without your trigger. We do NOT scrape or auto-apply through LinkedIn, Naukri, or other platforms whose terms of service forbid it.
Free plan: 0 auto-applies, 5 AI matches per week. Pro plan (₹1,499/mo): 10 auto-applies + unlimited matches. Premium plan (₹3,999/mo): unlimited auto-applies + all features. Quotas reset every Monday.
Your submitted application is identical to one you would file manually — same resume, same cover letter content, your real name and contact info. There is no visible "submitted via JinxApply" tag. Employers see a regular candidate; the AI assistance is on your side, not theirs.
Razorpay handles all payments. That covers UPI, all major Indian debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets like Paytm. International cards work but pay a 3% Razorpay foreign-currency surcharge.
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month — you keep access until then and aren't charged again. No exit fees, no questions asked.
Yes — full refund within 7 days of your first paid month if you're unhappy for any reason. See the full Refund Policy at /refund. Refunds for renewals (2nd month onwards) are case-by-case via billing@jinxapply.com.
Submitting applications is what we do; employer responses depend on your resume strength, market conditions, and role fit. If you've sent 50+ applications across 30+ days with zero interviews, write to support@jinxapply.com — we'll review your profile and suggest improvements. We do not refund based on "no interviews" alone since the platform delivered the service contracted (matches + submissions).
Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your profile, resume, match history, and application records are hard-deleted within 30 days. Payment records are retained 7 years per Indian tax law. See /privacy section 5 for full retention details.
Yes. Resumes sit in Supabase Storage with row-level security. The only places they leave our infrastructure: (1) Anthropic Claude for parsing — payloads are not retained for training per Anthropic's API terms; (2) the target employer's ATS when you authorise an application. We never sell data, never share with marketers, never use your resume to train AI.

The platform works globally but billing is INR-only via Razorpay. International users pay the same INR amount via international cards (Razorpay's 3% surcharge applies). Job matching covers India, USA, Europe, and SEA listings.
