Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions
JinxApply offers monthly subscriptions billed in advance via Razorpay. Plans and pricing are listed on our pricing page.
2. 7-day money-back on your first paid month
If you are unsatisfied with JinxApply for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first paid month. This refund applies only to your initial subscription charge, not to subsequent renewals.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to paid features until that date and will not be charged again.
We do not pro-rate refunds for cancellations made after the initial 7-day window.
4. Exceptions
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day money-back window.
- Charges resulting from auto-renewal that occurred before cancellation.
- Accounts terminated by us for violation of our Terms of Service.
- Concierge service charges where applications have already been submitted on your behalf.
5. Service outages and unsatisfactory results
If our service is unavailable for a continuous period exceeding 48 hours during your billing month, you may request a pro-rated credit for the affected time. We do not refund based on subjective outcomes such as “no interviews received” — the platform delivers application submissions and match notifications, not employer responses.
6. How to request a refund
Email billing@jinxapply.com with:
- Your registered email address
- Razorpay payment ID (visible on your invoice)
- Reason for refund
We acknowledge requests within 24 hours and resolve within 7 business days. If unsatisfied with the outcome, escalate to our Grievance Officer (see Privacy Policy §9).
7. Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending refund.
