What You Will Do:
- Analyze data sets to provide actionable business insights. 📊
- Gain hands-on experience with machine learning and foundational LLM models. 🤖
- Collaborate with product teams to identify customer needs and create effective solutions.
- Formulate and test hypotheses, leading to strategic recommendations.
- Explore new statistical methodologies tailored to specific analyses.
- Contribute to development efforts using appropriate databases and project designs.
- Get acquainted with deploying applications and scaling solutions using AWS. ☁️
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements in data science.
Required Qualifications:
- Must reside within 20 miles of our office, with reliable transportation for 4 days in office. 🚘
- Currently enrolled as a 3rd or 4th-year student in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, or a related field.
- Demonstrated initiative and a keen interest in AI, data processing, programming, and analytics.
- Ability to learn prompt engineering and modern data transformation methods.
- Strong quantitative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as GO or Python.
- Basis in mathematics skills (linear algebra, Bayesian statistics).
Desirable Skills:
- Collaborative spirit and passion for team success. 🤝
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with data science tools/platforms like AWS, Bedrock, and TensorFlow is a plus.
