Join Kaseya®, the leading provider of comprehensive IT infrastructure and security management solutions! We are on the lookout for an experienced Director, HRIS to spearhead our HR technology initiatives, focusing on Oracle HCM.

Responsibilities:

• 🎯 Design and deliver Kaseya’s Global HRIS strategy and KPIs.
• 🤝 Provide a world-class employee and manager self-service experience.
• 📊 Deliver insightful analytics, insights, and reporting for data-driven decision-making.
• 💼 Collaborate with HR leaders, IT, and Finance to align global technology strategy with business goals.
• 🚀 Lead the Oracle Transformational Project for HCM, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
• 🛠️ Oversee resolution of Oracle HCM incidents and requests, meeting SLAs.
• ⚙️ Manage regular system maintenance and support for quarterly releases.
• 🔒 Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards, including SOX and GDPR.
• 📚 Develop training materials and conduct workshops for HR and stakeholders.
• 💪 Provide end-user support and training for effective utilization of Oracle HCM systems.

Qualifications:

• 📅 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM with a solid grasp of core HR processes.
• 👥 5+ years of experience in team leadership, with a preference for offshore support team management.
• 🎨 Strong design thinking skills or user experience methodologies.
• 🧩 Proficiency in HRIS modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, and Compensation.
• 📈 Familiarity with HCM Data Loader, BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics, and HCM data models is a plus.
• 🎓 Knowledge of cloud-based implementation best practices.
• ✔️ Proven success in managing complex HCM system implementations and upgrades.
• 📞 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 🧠 Strong problem-solving abilities with creative thinking.
• 🎓 Oracle HCM certification(s) is a plus.
