About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Software Engineer to build and scale the services powering our innovative products. Join us in utilizing cutting-edge technologies like Go, GraphQL, Terraform, AWS, and Kubernetes with a front end developed in React. Your work will directly impact our product direction and culture. 🌟

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in the entire feature lifecycle: concept, development, deployment, and performance monitoring.
  • Participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and product owners to deliver high-quality products.
  • Continuously refine our processes and technology to enhance project outcomes.

Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years in software engineering (GoLang, Ruby, Python, C, or equivalent).
  • Experience with GoLang and distributed systems.
  • Strong understanding of design patterns and software engineering principles.
  • Pragmatic approach to writing unit and integration tests.

Nice-To-Haves:

  • Commercial experience with GoLang.
  • Knowledge of large micro-service oriented architectures.
  • Passion for AI, video production, and AdTech.

Reporting Structure:
You’ll report to Sami, our Engineering Manager, who has a wealth of experience leading high-performing teams in tech. Outside of work, Sami is a touring Finnish rockstar and avid traveler! 🎸✈️

The Interview Process:

  1. 📞 30-minute Introductory Call
  2. 👨‍💻 60-minute Video Interview
  3. 🗂️ Optional Task for Technical Assessment
  4. 👨‍💻 120-minute Final Interview (Soft skills & Technical skills)
