Resident Solutions Engineer (Full Remote) - HashiCorp 🌍

What You'll Do:
- Serve as Trusted Advisor: Build relationships with customers, understanding their unique challenges and guiding them throughout their journey with HashiCorp.
- Exhibit Strong Communication Skills: Conduct impactful presentations, demos, and technical workshops that influence strategic decisions. 🗣️
- Understand the Customer’s Journey: Align technical and business solutions to drive customer adoption and growth. 📈
- Prove Business Value: Demonstrate how HashiCorp products solve customer problems and meet desired outcomes.
- Drive Customer Success: Engage in key customer activities, ensuring satisfaction and success with our solutions.
- Promote Expansion and Adoption: Encourage usage of existing product lines and multi-product solutions among clients. 🚀
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work alongside Solutions Architecture, Customer Success, Professional Services to drive results. 🤝
- Provide Authoritative Guidance: Share your expertise in DevOps, infrastructure architecture, cloud, and IT operations.
- Maintain Technology Expertise: Keep up-to-date with the HashiCorp product suite and competitive landscape.
What You'll Need:
- Experience: 4+ years in a Technical Pre-Sales or Sales Engineering role, with a strong background in enterprise software solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Knowledge in DevOps, IT operations, security, cloud technologies, microservices, and infrastructure.
- Customer Engagement: Proven success implementing software solutions in large enterprises.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills for diverse audiences.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze technical challenges and devise solutions.
- Collaboration: Experience working in a dynamic team focused on exceptional customer service.
- Fluent Japanese: Must possess strong Japanese language skills; business proficiency in English is preferred.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for customer engagement, including domestic and occasional international trips.
What's Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of HashiCorp Tools: Familiarity with HashiCorp's suite of tools.
- Technical Certifications: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or DevOps certifications are a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
