About the Role:
As a Staff Product Designer, you will lead high-impact design projects, creating strategic solutions that enhance our customers' daily experiences. Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success to understand market needs and deliver exceptional products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead critical design projects that drive customer and business value.
• Engage with customers to validate design solutions.
• Collaborate on strategic planning and execution with product and engineering teams.
• Develop and articulate design roadmaps aligned with company investments.
• Mentor and elevate the design team’s skills and practices.
• Embed Samsara’s core cultural principles into our collaborative efforts.

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience designing web & mobile applications.
• Expertise in interaction and visual design.
• Proficiency in Figma (including prototyping).
• A portfolio showcasing your craft and impact.

Ideal Candidates Also Have:

• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners.
• Experience influencing strategy and shipping impactful 0-1 products.
• Excellent communication skills, from granular details to long-term vision.

Compensation:
Annual base salary ranges from $134,120 to $239,500 USD, based on experience and location.
